Xin Yuan International Investment PTE LTD is mainly engaged in the research and development of biomass new energy and emission reduction technology, in accordance with United Nations Clean Development Mechanism (CDM).

Xin Yuan is a Singapore-registered company by China Hebei Yu Yuan Environmental Technology Private Limited. Yu Yuan is the first private enterprise working on biomass new energy development in China. As the only patent holder of straw gasification industrial boiler technology in China, Yu Yuan has already organized and established China's first research center on the application of straw gasification industrial boiler technology.

Xin Yuan, based in Singapore, aims to establish broad cooperation with enterprises located in biomass-rich areas, to promote the development of biomass new energy and low carbon economy. On one hand, Xin Yuan targets to promote the straw gasification industrial boiler technology through capital investment and technology delivery, which could achieve a 15% - 50% reduction in energy consumption for partner enterprises, thus saving the production cost and improving the overall competitiveness. On the other hand, Xin Yuan would hold the right to collect the carbon credit and trade with designated international CDM carbon organizations.
